The Challenge
Design a comprehensive Program of Events booklet for ADI Meetings & Events' 2023 Costa Rican Adventure, a luxury group travel experience featuring tropical destinations, resort accommodations, and planned activities.
With the event's visual identity and supporting collateral already established by another designer, the challenge was to extend the existing creative direction into a cohesive, easy-to-navigate booklet that complemented the overall event experience.
The Approach
Built upon the established event aesthetic by incorporating tropical photography, lush botanical elements, and a coordinated palette of greens and yellows. The existing display typography was paired with a complementary typeface to create consistency while maintaining readability throughout the booklet.
Organized detailed itineraries, resort information, dining options, and destination highlights into clearly defined sections, balancing informative layouts with immersive imagery that reflected Costa Rica's natural beauty.
