The Challenge
Develop a coordinated collection of travel materials for an intimate incentive trip to Lake Tahoe, Nevada. With approximately 15 attendees, the project offered an opportunity to create personalized event collateral that balanced the destination's rugged mountain landscape with the elevated atmosphere of a luxury resort experience.
The Approach
Created a nature-inspired visual direction featuring earthy browns, deep lake blues, and subtle woodland elements that reflected Lake Tahoe's scenic surroundings.
Custom tree-line graphics and textured tree-ring backgrounds were incorporated throughout the materials to establish visual continuity. These elements were carried across the Program of Events, luggage tags, and travel pouches, creating a cohesive collection that complemented the destination while maintaining a polished, sophisticated aesthetic.
