Children's Dyslexia Center | 11th Annual Luncheon for Learning
EVENT DESIGN · PRINT DESIGN · EVENT STATIONERY · PROGRAM DESIGN
The Challenge
Create a coordinated collection of invitations and event-day materials for the Children's Dyslexia Center of Southern Illinois' 11th Annual Luncheon for Learning, a fundraising event supporting the organization's mission.
With a red-carpet Hollywood theme, the materials needed to make guests feel like stars while clearly communicating event information and supporting registration and day-of activities.
The Approach
Developed a theatrical visual direction inspired by Hollywood premieres, incorporating marquee-style graphics, stage imagery, rich reds, and gold accents throughout the event materials.
Extended the theme across the invitation suite, perforated RSVP tickets, and a custom bi-fold program inspired by classic theater playbills. Each piece was designed to balance the event's celebratory atmosphere with its practical communication needs.
