The Challenge
Develop a collection of compact, information-rich event materials for the Incentive Research Foundation's (IRF) 2023 Educational Invitational, hosted at Resorts World Las Vegas. Centered around the theme "Experience the Incentiverse," the event brought together travel incentive professionals for networking, educational sessions, and exclusive experiences.
Working within an established event identity, the project required organizing extensive schedules and activity information into two space-conscious print formats. A particular challenge was developing a pocket-sized, 11-panel Schedule At A Glance (SAAG) that incorporated event itineraries alongside detachable sponsor vouchers while remaining compact enough to fit inside an attendee's lanyard badge.
The Approach
Extended the event's technology-inspired visual identity across both printed pieces, incorporating vibrant reds, blues, and purples, geometric elements, and dynamic event imagery. Consistent typography and visual hierarchy helped maintain readability while reinforcing the energetic, futuristic theme.
Designed the Program of Events booklet to present detailed event information in an engaging, easy-to-navigate format. For the SAAG, carefully organized essential schedules and sponsor vouchers across an extended, accordion-fold layout, balancing functionality with limited space. Special attention was given to panel sequencing, folding considerations, and print production requirements to ensure attendees could easily access information throughout the event.
