ADI Meetings & Events | 2023 Suzuki Dealer Trip
PRINT DESIGN & PRODUCTION · CORPORATE EVENT DESIGN · EDITORIAL & LAYOUT DESIGN · VARIABLE DATA PRINTING
The Challenge
Develop a cohesive collection of premium travel and event materials for Suzuki Motor USA's 2023 Dealer Incentive Trip, organized by ADI Meetings & Events. Recognizing top-performing dealerships, the exclusive experience included destinations in Milan, Italy, and Lucerne, Switzerland.
The project required maintaining visual continuity with materials from a previous incentive trip while creating a refreshed design that reflected the destinations and upscale nature of the event. A key component was a detailed, 100+ page Program of Events booklet, requiring careful organization, consistent formatting, and attention to production details.
The Approach
Created a coordinated suite of print materials inspired by the architecture, culture, and iconic landmarks of Milan and Lucerne. Working from an established event logo and previous trip materials, I developed a consistent visual direction using complementary colors, refined typography, and destination-specific imagery.
Special attention was given to the Program of Events booklet, organizing 92 pages of content with eight custom section tabs and coordinating covers. Throughout the project, I prioritized readability, visual consistency, and print-ready execution to ensure each piece contributed to a polished, premium experience for attendees.
