Regency Manor: Marketing Materials

In 2018, I helped collaborate to finish the design of marketing materials for Regency Manor, a 55+ retirement community in O'Fallon, IL. The goal was to incorporate a more welcoming approach to their folders, brochures and flyers. Keeping this in mind, the end results showcased a design that warmly invited in new and potential tenants.

In 2021, I was give the opportunity to update the floor plans & step cards to be cleaner, more fluid and have a fresher feel. The biggest challenge was creating the floor plans from scratch; while I'm fairly savvy with illustrations, I can't say I'd ever done any interior design spaces up until this point, so this was a fun way to break into that comfort zone.

Finally, in 2022, this client reached back out with a request to update their brochure with updated imagery, new information, and the updated floor plans I'd created for them the year prior.

Materials for this project included:

• 9" x 12" Pocket Folder (created in 2018)

• Step Cards (created in 2018, updated in 2021)

• Floor Plans (created in 2021 - original designs were made by an outside design company)

• Brochure (created in 2018, updated in 2022)
